- Analyze the Feasibility and Benefits of IPO plans and platforms. Develop the growth plans that would be presented to potential investors and gage valuation range. Obtain proposals from alternative exchanges (i.e. NYSE, NASDAQ) and evaluate the pros and cons of each alternative.
- Provide End-to-End Merger and Acquisition Service. Define inorganic growth objectives and identify M&A targets. Manage due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes. Expertise includes the US, Eastern and Western Europe, Latin America, and Southeastern Asia.  
- Provide Post M&A Integration. Develop organizational, operational, and financial reporting relationships, structural changes, security, and risk management processes.
