innovation and cyclicality of customers’ business.
- Design and Implement a Human Resources Plan to
support growth. Elements include a table of organization, plan for
employee development and advancement, and identification of skill sets
that would enhance the company’s ability to compete.
- Evaluate the State of Technology utilized in
customer care, sales, operations, back office support, and
cyber-security. Locate emerging processes and technologies that will
enhance the business.
- Analyze the Feasibility and Benefits of IPO plans and
platforms. Develop the growth plans that would be presented to potential
investors and gage valuation range. Obtain proposals from alternative
exchanges (i.e. NYSE, NASDAQ) and evaluate the pros and cons of each
alternative.
- Provide End-to-End Merger and Acquisition Service.
Define inorganic growth objectives and identify M&A targets. Manage
due diligence, negotiation, and closing processes. Expertise includes
the US, Eastern and Western Europe, Latin America, and Southeastern
Asia.
- Provide Post M&A Integration. Develop organizational,
operational, and financial reporting relationships, structural changes,
security, and risk management processes.
